to discourage food waste, The Leftovers Revolution is built on the insight that change doesn’t happen overnight. It is about taking small incremental steps of embracing leftovers as a lifestyle to tackle food waste. By changing the way we eat and our approach to food and waste, we are making progress to wasting less, consistently.
In the grand scheme of things, could the solution to tackling food waste, be food waste itself?
